SUMMARY:Road to Recovery: A Conversation & Group Run with Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, June 13th for a special morning centered around recovery\, movement\, and community. \nAt 9:00 AM\, we’ll hear from a guest speaker from Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge who is living in long-term recovery. He’ll share his personal recovery journey\, how movement and running became an important part of that journey\, and answer questions from attendees in an open and welcoming conversation. \nFollowing the discussion\, members of the Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge Run Club will lead a casual community group run departing from the store at 10:00 AM. All paces are welcome\, whether you’d like to run\, jog\, or walk. \nThis event is free and open to everyone but we will be collecting a FREE WILL donation to support the Run Club. Come connect\, learn\, move\, and support the power of recovery through community and movement.
