DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Sunday morning trail run/hike! \nWe’ll be meeting on select Sundays from September 13 through November 1 at 8:00 AM to explore trails throughout the local area. Each meetup will be a little different\, but the goal is always the same: get outside\, move your body\, and enjoy the trails together. \nRoutes will generally be set up in loops\, with options for approximately 3–7 miles of running and shorter options for hikers—typically as little as 2 miles. \nAll paces are welcome! Run\, hike\, or do a little of both.
