We’ll have pacers starting at around 9:30 minute/mile all the way up to 16 minute/mile. We know how hard it can be to show up for a group run when you don’t know anyone or when you everyone is running faster than you. That’s why we created this event.\nWe’ll get to know you and your goals and provide as much advice as we can while running together.\nYou’ll need to be able to run at least 4 miles to join us\, and we’ll make the routes easy to follow and repeat if you need more mileage.\nEach month we’ll also host special guests\, including demo opportunities with our brands. Kick off the spring track (or any sport) season with this informative and inspirational talk that will help athletes find their true potential.\nBrennan Morrey has a degree in Athletic Counseling/Sport Psychology (Springfield College)\, a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (UW-Madison)\, and a mindset coaching certification from Positive Performance Mindset Coach Academy. She also finds great joy and purpose in coaching youth athletes. She intentionally infuses character development and mindset skills into daily practices and loves watching her athletes reveal their confidence\, fearlessness\, and self-belief on the soccer pitch which translates into their everyday lives.

DESCRIPTION:Please join the Pfrimmer Family and the Rochester and Stout Running Communities in the first annual Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run and Walk on Saturday\, August 10th.\nAll proceeds from this event will go to the Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Scholarship\, supporting students who ran track and field and/or cross country in high school with a preference to students who are still running while pursuing a post-secondary degree.\n\nThis event and scholarship were created in loving memory of Lance Pfrimmer\, who we lost far too soon. His friends & family created this event to honor his memory and continue his legacy of sportsmanship\, positivity\, and athleticism.\n\nThe event on August 10th will start and end at the Eagle’s Club (917 15th Ave SE\, Rochester\, MN 55904) and consists of two distances: an 8K Run and a 1 Mile Walk.\nOur 8K route will feature a loop on the Mayo High School track\, where Lance spent many of his days. Both routes will pass by the location of the newly installed memorial bench.\nParticipants will enjoy post-run refreshments as well as the option to purchase food and beverages from the Eagle’s Club. There will also be a silent auction.
