DESCRIPTION:Join us every Monday night for our $5 5k run/walk.\nEveryone is invited! Walkers\, runners\, strollers\, dogs\, and more! \nNo need to pre-register. You will sign the waiver and pay $5 in cash for the registration fee at the door.\nHere are a few tips to keep things running smoothly: \n\nPlease try to bring exact change ($5 per person)! A credit card payment option will NOT be available.\nFeel free to arrive early to double your miles or pre-load!!\nYou will receive an extra ticket entry for bringing a reusable water bottle.\nWe will mark the course with chalk (weather permitting)\nPlease follow all current CDC guidelines at the time of the event.\nThe store will be open until the last runner/walker returns. During that time\, feel free to shop to your heart’s content!\n\nHowever\, due to limited staffing\, we may not be able to offer full-service gait analysis.\nWe can’t WAIT to see you!!

DESCRIPTION:Returning for it’s 17th year\, the Stay Out of the Sun Run is Rochester’s ONLY Friday evening race! \nAll proceeds will benefit melanoma research\, education and awareness through the Stay Out of the Sun Foundation and in partnership with the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center. \nThe Stay Out of the Sun event offers 5K\, 10K\, and 2 Mile distances on local trails surrounding Cascade Meadow and Cascade Lake. \nThis year we will be gathering at beautiful Cascade Meadows where we once again are offering skin checks and a variety of family-friendly entertainment. Instead of a silent auction\, you’ll have the opportunity to browse our selection of swag and purchase it right then and there! We’ll have a variety of swag to choose from\, including previous year’s swag (such as hats & socks)\, along with new items that will be limited runs. 100% of the proceeds from the swag shop will go directly to the cause. \nPacket pick-up will take place at TerraLoco\, dates and times TBD. \nSame-day packet pick-up and registration will also be available on race day. \nIf you are interested in sponsoring this event\, or if you have other questions\, please contact our events coordinator\, Brianna at events@runterraloco.com.
