DESCRIPTION:Learn how to prepare before your run to keep yourself safe\, and then learn what to do in the worst case scenario. Self Defense Instructor Jim Parry will walk us through moves you need to know to get away when the worst happens. All ages and genders welcome\, though we will talk about some difficult subjects which may not be appropriate for young children. Please wear comfortable clothing — we WILL be practicing! \nAfter class\, you are welcome to join us on a memorial run/walk to remember Eliza Fletcher. The number of miles or your pace aren’t important – just that we take a moment to remember this young life that was taken far too soon while she was enjoying an activity that we all love.

During that time\, feel free to shop to your heart’s content!\n\nHowever\, due to limited staffing\, we may not be able to offer full-service gait analysis. \nWe can’t WAIT to see you!!
