Returning for it’s 17th year, the Stay Out of the Sun Run is Rochester’s ONLY Friday evening race!

All proceeds will benefit melanoma research, education and awareness through the Stay Out of the Sun Foundation and in partnership with the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center.

The Stay Out of the Sun event offers 5K, 10K, and 2 Mile distances on local trails surrounding Cascade Meadow and Cascade Lake.

This year we will be gathering at beautiful Cascade Meadows where we once again are offering skin checks and a variety of family-friendly entertainment. Instead of a silent auction, you’ll have the opportunity to browse our selection of swag and purchase it right then and there! We’ll have a variety of swag to choose from, including previous year’s swag (such as hats & socks), along with new items that will be limited runs. 100% of the proceeds from the swag shop will go directly to the cause.

Packet pick-up will take place at TerraLoco, dates and times TBD.

Same-day packet pick-up and registration will also be available on race day.
